Excellent service starting from the original Estimate.Promises and arrangements agreed were kept with the work carried out to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy on completion.
It is nice to be able to justifiably praise such good service which sadly seems to rare these days.
What an amazing service from Paul and the team. He called me back when he said he would and was very quick to help with an emergency. My front UPVC door wouldn’t lock and I was worried about leaving the house. He sorted it out in minutes. Highly recommend 😊, great service, thanks Paul.
Needed to replace a rotting wooden portico with a uVPC equivalent. No easy task to find someone willing to take on the job and to match what was there.
Huge thanks to Gale Glazing for their professionalism and the time spent in making sure all was correct.
The end result is amazing and looks fantastic. The side walls were plastered as well. A first-class job!
The work crew have assisted us in both windows installation and recently, problems with decking. Both times they have been very efficient, Friendly and accommodating.
this translates into very good value for money.
In early December Mark and his young assistant replaced 6 windows in our home. We were very impressed with their work. They were polite, cheerful and very tidy.
We wouldn't hesitate to employ Gale Glazing in the future.
Many thanks to Paul and the whole team.
Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Very knowledgeable and very well priced.
I have always had good service.
Excellent work installing our new side door!Thank you.
We had Gale Glazing in to fit a new front door and kitchen window, from the very start their service was impeccable. When the fitters arrived yesterday 13/11/2024 they were very polite, respectful of the property and thourally cleared up after they had finished the work. The workmanship that they showed was first class and I would have no problem at all in recommending Gale Glazing absolutely first class service from start to finish.
Mr. Howard Kidd.
Very happy with all the work carried out , we had 12 windows and one door fitted , and all the work was exceptional. The fitters were extremely respectful of our home . You actually would not have noticed how much work they had done.
Gale Glazing fitted bay windows and a french door at our home in October 2024. We are very pleased with the high quality of the window and door units. The installation team had many years experience and fitted the new units well with no damage to surrounding plaster, woodwork or brickwork. All waste was removed and our home was left clean and tidy. Communications with Gale Glazing both before and after installation were prompt and clear.
Thank you Gale Glazing for your good service and a great job!
Lovely porch and front door. Fitted to perfection. Quality tradesman who we would definitely recommend
Paul and his team recently installed 2 sets of patio doors for us. They were professional, reliable, considerate, clean and tidy. Chris and Jack were hard working, dedicated to completing the work within agreed timescales and we are delighted with the finished result. The process was seamless from start to finish, communication was excellent and we would recommend Gale Glazing.
We have just had our very old windows replaced by gale glazing and they have done an amazing job. Very professional and cleaned everything up everyday. Chris and jack were so kind and trustworthy they worked so hard. Would 100% recommend them. We have now decided to get our conservatory done with them. Thank you Paul and his team
All aspects of the project were finished to a very high standard, and to the quoted schedule with excellent workmanship and care. Would highly recommend Gale Glazing.
Paul was recommended to us by our building contractors. He was prompt on quoting and his prices were very reasonable. He initially replaced a few double glazing unit and was on time, communicated dates, was there as promised and did an excellent job.
Based on this we commissioned a set of bifold doors and again the pricing, service and communication were superb. Unfortunately there was an error in the measurements and we were not happy with the doors, Paul was there immediately and worked with us to resolve the issue, as his own cost. The end result is brilliant
Things often go wrong with building work and the way that is handled makes all the difference. It’s really rare that you find such honest and dependable people in this industry!
We highly recommend Paul and Gale Glazing and will definitely use them again!

Gale Glazing should be Gale Glazing Amazing! They completed a major change to our downstairs area. Walls were knocked down, steel posts were inserted and windows installed. All the work was done to an excellent standard in a timely fashion. They were always helpful with mid project changes and were always available. A truly 5 star builder. 😁

I would recommend Gale Glazing any time as I have had both front and back doors and windows 🪟 fitted by them and I am very pleased with the work and how good they look. They do an excellent job.
Gale Glazing have become my “go to” for all glazing, guttering, and small building works projects. Their standards are first class, and their work is impeccable. Paul Gale and his team are professional, polite, careful and very respectful of their work environment. They have undertaken 3 separate projects for me on my Victorian house over the last couple of years, and each time I have been so pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely be in touch for my fourth project.
Had Gale glazing in to carry out work on my guttering & fascias and to carry out work on a patio and step. What a fantastic job carried out by the team who were very friendly, informative and professional.
We have used Gale Glazing & General Building multiple times now, ranging from replacing front and back doors to a full rear extension on our house. They are a friendly, professional team who completed the work to a high standard and in the time agreed. Would definitely recommend them.
Really good service and a fantastic job
We love our conservatory now! The warm roof insulation works wonders, and the Velux windows let in just the right amount of light. Thank you for such an excellent job!
The warm roof installation was done efficiently and professionally. The team was courteous and left everything spotless. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
Before, our conservatory was too cold in winter and too hot in summer. The new warm roof with Velux windows has made it a comfortable space all year round. Best decision we made!
